Sara Meets Helen
We were delighted to welcome Helen James of considered by Helen James for this week’s episode of 3 on a Thursday.
About Helen
After growing up surrounded by beautiful fabrics both through her mother’s eye for design and her Fathers job as curator of The Chester Beatty Helen James studied textile design at The National College of Art & Design Dublin. After college Helen moved to New York where she worked for Donna Karan for many years designing textiles and accessories. In 2002 she returned to Ireland with 2 small children and set up her eponymous accessories range here in Ireland. In 2012, Helen joined Dunnes stores where she created her range “considered by Helen James“. This collection is sold throughout Ireland through Dunnes Stores and incorporates homewares for the modern and discerning customer.
