Residential Private Commissions

Drawing on Sara’s extensive experience in the residential arena, the team offers a full design service offer for full scale private commission projects. We work with each client from inception to completion to providing interior architectural, interior design and styling services. Used to working as part of a design team, we strive to deliver every project on time and on budget to the clients utmost satisfaction. We only work on full scale refurbishments and new builds as part of a design team. We do not project manage or manage builders directly.

Hospitality Design

Offering a comprehensive hospitality design service, at SCS we specialise in creating unique projects covering bedrooms, public spaces, bars, restaurants, events and wellness. We develop our designs working alongside key stakeholders, to ensure strategic planning, commercial goals and creative development are to the fore of every project.

Multi-Unit Residential Design & Procurement

SCS provides design services for high end commercial property developers and owners. Our service offer includes prototypes, show units, marketing suites, specifications, master planning and internal planning maximisation. We also offer a full scale procurement, logistics and installation service Grove & Co.

Lansdowne Place

Sara Cosgrove Studio have recently completed the internal fitout of a multiunit residential build to let development for me. I found Sara and her team a pleasure to work with.
